Cleaning and Support Services Level 2 

Designed with the help of employers, this apprenticeship is constructed to help attract new people into the sector and to upskill the existing workforce with a level 2 qualification. Potential job roles could include anything from Passenger Transport Cleaner, Caretaker to Street Cleansing Operative and Specialist Carpet and Flooring Cleaner.

Specification Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services Skills (QCF)

Learners wanting to develop the skills and competence required to work in the cleaning and support services sector and to prepare you for further training in the sector. Optional units allow learners to specialise in areas such as cleaning soft floors and furnishings or in confined spaces. This qualification forms part of the intermediate Cleaning and Environmental Support Service apprenticeship

Specification Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning Principles (QCF)

Learners wishing to develop knowledge relating to in the cleaning and support services sector and to prepare for further training in the sector. This qualification forms part of the intermediate Cleaning and Environmental Support Service apprenticeship.

Cleaning Supervision Level 3

Designed to help leaners who are wishing to excel in the industry sector and take on management roles within the Cleaning and Support Services, this Advanced Cleaning Supervision apprenticeship assists in providing the necessary skills to be successful.

Specification Level 3 Diploma in Cleaning Supervision Skills (QCF)

Learners wishing to develop the skills and competences required to work as a supervisor/ team leader in the cleaning and support services sector. These include supervisory skills, risk assessment, solving customer service problems, training staff and performance management.
