Our Management and Leadership apprenticeships have been designed to assist learners who are aiming for a business based career. Potential jobs include team leaders, sections leaders, floor managers, help desk managers, trainee supervisors, team co-ordinators and any other potential team leading positions.

Tasks undertaken by apprentices within the Intermediate Team Leading Apprenticeship will vary depending on the level and sector in which they are employed. Tasks may include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, providing feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members and resolving problems. The apprenticeship provides learners with a wide breadth of training and skills, equipping them with the knowledge to be successful within the industry sector.
Specification Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (QCF)
Learners in paid or voluntary employment and have the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills required by a team leader. Tasks undertaken in these job roles may include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, managing conflict, and resolving problems.
Developed to support those working as first line managers, section managers, assistant managers, trainee managers, senior supervisors and those working in a range of other managerial positions, the apprenticeship allows learners to undertake various tasks depending on the level and sector in which they are employed.
Specification Level 3 Diploma in Management (QCF)
Learners working as first line managers, section managers, assistant managers, trainee managers, senior supervisors, junior non- commissioned officers (armed forces) or other management positions. This qualification forms part of the level 3 apprenticeship in management.
Providing a wealth of skills and knowledge, this apprenticeship helps learners become accustomed to what is needed for employment within Management. The framework is designed to meet the skills needs of employers by attracting new talent into a career in Management and help to up-skill the workforce to replace those who leave or retire.
Specification Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management (QCF)
Learners wishing to develop the skills required to be successful in a variety of management and leadership roles. Learners can choose to complete optional units relevant to their experience or job role to tailor the qualification and their learning. This qualification forms part of the level 4 apprenticeship in management.
Specification Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership(QCF)
Learners looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of areas of management and leadership including building productive working relationships, managing personal and professional development, human resource planning, recruitment and selection and project management. This qualification forms part of the level 4 apprenticeship in management.
Management Level 5 - Leadership and Management pathway
Specification Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF)
The qualification is suitable for Learners if you they are already employed in a management role as it requires assessment of work competence. The purpose of the qualification is to develop your skills and competence if you are a middle manager to enable you to lead and manage individuals and teams, develop strategic plans and manage strategic change.
Specification Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF)
Learners who wish to complete a knowledge qualification and are most likely employed as a middle manager (although this isn't essential). Learners could also progress to higher education to undertake business related or other qualifications, including degrees in areas such as business, business management, and business administration.
