TQUK has some exciting news for you guys today!

After months of hard work and waiting patiently, we have finally been approved to deliver End-Point Assessment for the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.

A Customer Service Practitioner is the face and, in many cases, the first point of contact a customer has with a company. The apprentice’s raison d’être, as a Customer Service Practitioner, will be interacting with customers, getting to know their issues and concerns and resolving those problems with high quality products and services delivered from the workplace, digitally or by travelling in person to the customer’s location. Their interactions may be one-time events, resolving one-time anomalous problems or they could be more routine: dealing with orders, payments, transfers, offering guidance and support, sales, after care, service recovery or gaining information for the company by attaining customer feedback. As a Customer Service Practitioner, the number of industries an apprentice could work in is practically unlimited, from manufacturing to marketing, civil engineering to the civil service.

This apprenticeship standard will be incredibly valuable in training workers in the constantly shifting industry of customer service to work nimbly and efficiently in securing customer satisfaction and resulting repeat business.

TQUK will offer the best assessment on the market for this standard for a competitive, predetermined price. Our highly trained and experienced assessors are criss-crossing the country as we speak, delivering assessment to some of the largest training providers in the country.
