This policy is provided for recognised centres delivering TQUK qualifications or units who have failed to meet aspects of our delivery requirements and/or the standards identified by the regulatory authorities in respect of regulated qualifications and units. It explains the sanctions TQUK may impose on centres in such situations.

This policy is provided for our customers, including learners, who are delivering or are registered on TQUK qualifications or units. It is also relevant to anyone involved in suspected or actual malpractice/maladministration. It is also to be used by TQUK MENA staff members to ensure they deal with any malpractice and maladministration investigations in a consistent manner.
