Multi-channel marketers are the driving force behind customer-focused marketing initiatives. They implement marketing strategies, oversee day-to-day activities across platforms, and engage with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll find them coordinating marketing activities, campaign analytics, and procurement, as well as managing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention, contributing to the overall marketing strategy. Operating autonomously within budgets, they report to senior stakeholders, making decisions on smaller campaign aspects and overseeing higher-level tasks within the team.

End-Point Assessment Components

End-point assessment for the Multi-Channel Marketer standard is comprised of the following components.
