Reporting malpractice/maladministration

Malpractice and maladministration refer to actions or practices that breach regulations. Malpractice is deliberate conduct that undermines the integrity of assessments or certificates, while maladministration involves administrative errors or poor practices that result in non-compliance, such as inaccurate learner records.
