Introducing our new latest early years qualifications!

Empowering the future generation of Early Years Educators

From 1 September 2024, we’re introducing two new early years qualifications to our extensive qualification portfolio!

With approval from the Department for Education (DfE), these qualifications meet the new full and relevant criteria, effective September 2024, meaning your learners can power forward in their careers in no time!

Our current qualifications will remain live, however, they are mapped to the current DfE early years full and relevant criteria.

From 1 September 2024 until 31 August 2025, there will be a grace period during which learners can complete either the current or new qualifications and still achieve full and relevant status. For more details, refer to the 'Guide for using this document' tab, row 17, on the Early Years Qualification list.

Starting 1 September 2025, all learners must be registered on the new qualifications to be considered full and relevant.
